Imperium Software Hosting — What’s New in 2026

Imperium Software Hosting — What’s New in 2026

It’s been a busy few months behind the scenes at Imperium Software. We’ve made some significant improvements to our hosting and email platform that directly benefit every client on our servers. Here’s a full rundown of what’s new, what’s improved, and what’s coming soon.

We’ve Migrated to Hostflow

We’re excited to announce that Imperium Software has officially migrated our client billing and account management to Hostflow, our own purpose-built hosting management platform. This replaces our previous billing system and brings a significantly improved experience for managing your hosting account.

Here’s what’s new for you as a client:

A Better Client Portal. Hostflow brings a modern, redesigned client portal that makes it easier to manage your services, view invoices, and stay on top of your account, all in one place.

AutoPay. No more manually paying invoices each month. Hostflow supports automatic payments so your hosting renews seamlessly without any action on your end.

Wallet and Multiple Payment Methods. You can now add a wallet balance to your account and store multiple payment methods, giving you more flexibility in how you pay for your services.

These are just the highlights. Hostflow is actively being developed and we’ll be rolling out additional features for clients as the platform grows. As the platform’s creator, we’re deeply invested in making it the best hosting management experience possible, and our clients get to benefit from that firsthand.

If you haven’t logged into the new portal yet, head over to hosting.imperium-xr.com and check it out. If you have any questions about the migration or your account, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Major Email Security Upgrades

Email security has been a top priority for us this year, and we’ve completely overhauled the spam filtering stack on our mail servers. Our platform now runs a multi-layer defense system that stops spam and malicious mail at multiple points before it ever reaches your inbox.

Every incoming connection is now checked against Spamhaus DQS, the same enterprise-grade threat intelligence used by some of the largest mail providers in the world. This covers known spam sources, compromised machines, spam domains, and newly registered domains commonly used in phishing campaigns. Mail from flagged sources is rejected at the door before a single byte of the message is processed.

For anything that makes it past the connection-level checks, our content scanning pipeline, powered by SpamAssassin with Spamhaus DQS integration, analyzes the message body for spam domains and known threat indicators. Detected spam is automatically sorted to your Junk folder rather than silently deleted, so you can always recover a legitimate email if it gets flagged by mistake.

The result is a significantly cleaner inbox, better protection against phishing and malware delivery, and a more reliable email experience overall. If your business email is hosted with Imperium Software, all of these improvements are already active on your account, no action needed.

Platform Updates

Our hosting platform has also seen meaningful improvements in 2026, with several new features now live and more on the way.

Security Improvements

Recent platform updates have strengthened login and session security in the client panel, along with fixes to two-factor authentication and password recovery. These are already active for all hosted accounts.

WordPress Manager, Now Available

Managing your WordPress site through our hosting panel just got a whole lot easier. The new WordPress Manager module is now live for all clients, giving you faster access to your WordPress installations directly from your hosting dashboard. Update plugins, manage your site, and stay on top of maintenance without needing to juggle separate logins. If you host a WordPress site with us, log into your client panel today and check it out.

Git Deployment, Coming Soon

This is the one we’re most excited about. A Git deployment module is coming to the client panel, meaning you’ll soon be able to connect your website directly to a Git repository and deploy updates with a single click. No FTP, no manual file transfers, no hassle. For developers and anyone managing a site that gets updated regularly, this is going to be a game changer. Stay tuned for the announcement.

Cloudflare Integration, Coming Soon

If your domain uses Cloudflare for DNS or CDN, you’ll soon be able to manage and sync your DNS settings directly from within your hosting account. No need to jump between separate platforms. We’ll have more details on availability shortly.
